We hope you can join us at the annual HOA meeting. It is scheduled for the following time and place:

 

Plantation Park HOA 2024 Annual Meeting Thursday, March 28, 2024, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. Back Room, IHOP, 8622 HWY 72 W, Madison, AL 35758

The Annual Meeting serves as an opportunity for all homeowners to engage in discussions about various aspects of our community, including maintenance, finances, and upcoming events. We would love to hear your inputs and ideas as we work towards maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in our neighborhood.
 
During the meeting, we will review the accomplishments of the past year, address any concerns or issues raised by homeowners, and outline plans for this year. Additionally, there will be an election for at least two positions on the HOA board, providing you with the chance to play an active role in the decision-making process. If you are interested in becoming a candidate for a position on the HOA Board of Directors, please email hoaplantationpark@gmail.com, and we will add you to the ballot.
 
Your participation is essential in ensuring that our community continues to thrive. Whether you have been a resident for many years or are new to the neighborhood, your perspective is valuable, and your voice matters.
 
Please mark your calendars for the HOA Annual Meeting and make every effort to attend. Your presence will contribute to the success of our community and help shape its future direction. Also, we thank IHOP for letting us book their back room for free. If you would like to order anything during the meeting, feel free to do so.
