To avoid additional fees, you may also pay by check and mail it to the address listed below.NOTE: There will be the following fees added to each payment:
- Credit Card: 2.9% plus $0.80 for credit card processing fee
- ACH: 0.8% ($5 cap) plus $2.00 for max fee of $7
- Google Pay: 2.9% plus $0.80 for credit card processing fee

chevron_rightWhat do our HOA dues pay for when we have no amenities? Although we don't have any amenities, we are responsible for maintaining 7+ acres of common area. Roughly, 75% of our current budget goes to maintaining the common areas. Below is a breakdown of all landscaping responsibilities:
- 7+ acres to mow regularly
- Stretch of 2+ acres to weed-eat
- Tree trimming down entire stretch of front entrance
- Weed treatment of entire 2.50+ acres of front entrance and 10 feet around Carriage Station Drive retention pond
- Cleaning up and replacing mulch, dead flowers, etc. in flowerbeds at front entrance
