The Annual Meeting serves as an opportunity for all homeowners to engage in discussions about various aspects of our community, including maintenance, finances, and upcoming events. We would love to hear your inputs and ideas as we work towards maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in our neighborhood.

 

During the meeting, we will review the accomplishments of the past year, address any concerns or issues raised by homeowners, and outline plans for the 2025 fiscal year. Additionally, there will be an election for three positions on the HOA board, providing you with the chance to play an active role in the decision-making process. If you are interested in becoming a candidate for a position on the HOA Board of Directors, please email hoaplantationpark@gmail.com, and we will add you to the ballot.

 

Your attendance is essential to the success of the Annual Meeting and the future of our community. This year, we are offering a virtual attendance option via Microsoft Teams. However, we ask that this option be reserved for those who are truly unable to attend in person. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged as it helps prevent potential technical disruptions that could impact the meeting and ensures there is adequate time to cover the full agenda. Additionally, attending in person simplifies the submission of proxies and the verification of property owners. If you plan to attend virtually and have a proxy to submit, please email the signed proxy form to our HOA email mentioned in this letter before the start of the meeting.

 

To conduct the meeting, at least 15% of property owners must attend in person, virtually, or by proxy. If this quorum is not met, additional time and resources will be required to reschedule the meeting until the quorum is achieved.
